1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Every individual is different when it comes to stress response,
bio-mechanics limitation, personality and goals.

Our personal training sessions are planned and conducted at your preferred location and convenience. We will also bring the equipment to the location. You just have to be present and motivated!

Sign up for a complimentary trial session which would include:
Consultation call
30 minutes physical assessment
30 minutes practical session
This will allow you and the trainer to understand each other better.

Before the start of your first official training session, we will bring you through a fitness test to allow us to understand how your body responds to different training methods. Based on this, our trainer will craft a customised training programme for you to help you reach your fitness goals.
Results may vary among individuals.

OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE:
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
You will go through a Fitness Personality and Physical Test to assess your capability.
This will allow us to understand you better and provide you with a proper exercise programme that's suited to you.
HOMEWORK
Just depending on the physical training session will never be enough to notice changes in your physique.
Additional work will need to be done.
You will be given supplementary workouts to address any weak links or to focus on a different aspect of fitness.
NUTRITION COACHING
We will start off with a 7 days dietary log to assess your eating habits and behavior.
After analysing your data, we will craft a customised nutrition programme (includes macro nutrient breakdown) to progressively modify and improve your eating habits.
ALL DAY SUPPORT
Your journey doesn't end with the 1 hour sessions. We believe in open, honest and constant communication. Your trainer will be available for support. Feel free to clarify any doubts on the exercises or nutrition. We will gladly help out!
PROGRESS TRACKING

NUTRITION COACHING
It is commonly known that nutrition and exercise leads to physique transformation.
However, 80% of people will not be able to sustain this due to unsustainable diet plans.

Good nutrition is all about sustainability and one that suits your schedule and personal life.

Using our customised nutrition programme, we will analyse your nutrition data such as eating habits, timing and macronutrients composition.
We will then make recommendations to your dietary intake and provide a sustainable meal plan.

To ensure that you stay on track, our trainer will be available for you throughout the day to communicate with for support related to your dietary needs.

Gather your friends or colleagues for a group workout.
Sign up for training sessions in groups of two or more to enjoy attractive rates!
