We specialize in developing individualized program based on your profile - be it for Fat Loss, Hypertrophy or General Fitness.


Information is everywhere, and our duty in Compound Fitness is to filter out those that doesn't apply, and deliver the right program for you. through various assessment.
 
We also believe in educating our clients with enough knowledge for them to be independent. 

We bring our expertise and equipment to you and we take it from there.

Ever since Siva was young, he was riddled with a few medical conditions. and was put on long term medications. He was advised to not engage in any physical activities as his body was not able to take the stress.
As such, over time, he gained weight and lost confidence in himself.

One day, he looked himself in the mirror and decided that this is not how he wants to be.

Wanting to prove to himself and others that he can do it, Siva joined the Dragonboat team when he was pursing his tertiary education. The training for it was tough.
However against all odds, Siva excelled and together with his team, he brought home many medals.

He regained his self-confidence and most importantly, he learnt that "if you are willing to put in the effort, you will be rewarded". His health also improved and was taken off his long term medications.

Ever since then, he did not look back and his love for Sports and Fitness grew. 

To expand his knowledge, Siva obtained his "Bachelor In Sports and Exercise Science" and graduated with honors.

He has a special interest in Neuro-based Training - which is an approach that seeks to understand an individual's thoughts and preference on the different types of training methods (such as crossfit, bodybuilding, plyometrics, or why some prefer long distance running than sprints, etc). He then use this process to craft a training programme that is suitable to that individual. Hence, at the end of every training session, his clients always feedback that they enjoyed the sessions and are looking forward to the next one.

With the knowledge and experience gained throughout the years, Siva has helped countless clients achieve their fitness goal, and for some clients, even their self-confidence too!
